Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Effective date: May 9, 2026
Velance does not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This page lets you exercise your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar U.S. state privacy laws (Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others as applicable).
Important — who holds your information. When a dealership uses Velance, the dealership is the controller of its leads' and customers' personal information. Velance is the dealership's service provider. If you are a consumer who interacted with a dealership and you want to access, correct, or delete your information, the dealership has the records and is the right party to contact. If you've been unable to reach them, or if your request relates specifically to information Velance holds about you (for example, a Velance dealership-staff account), submit your request below and we'll act on it directly.
